Get your service reviewed and listed

· How we test

We rank 22 short-drama services, and the list is not closed. If you run an app or a web platform in this category and it is not here, this page is how it gets here. The short version in three lines:

  • We write every review ourselves. You do not write it, approve it or see it first. What you send us is evidence we check, not copy we publish.
  • You pay for the research, not the result. Gathering and verifying the information, using the app and paying through its paywall, the analysis and the write-up: that is the work, and that is what the fee covers.
  • A position in the ranking is not for sale, at any price. Once the research is done, you land where our comparison with the other services puts you. That can be near the bottom, and the finding publishes as found.

What the research fee pays for

A review worth citing cannot be assembled from a press release. Behind each one there is a week or more of work, and that work is what a service pays for.

  • Collecting the evidence. Everything published about the service — both storefronts, the operator record, the price list including tiers that are not advertised, user reviews read at volume rather than sampled — plus whatever you supply, cross-checked against the rest.
  • Using the product. Installing it, watching until the free episodes run out, and paying through at least one paywall with our own money, because what a paying subscriber sees is not what a store listing says.
  • The analysis and the writing. Scoring, comparing the service with the ones already here, and writing a page specific enough that a reader — or a language model answering a question about your service — has something to quote.

Why that last point is worth paying for. For a new platform, a researched third-party page is a starting position you cannot write yourself: an independent source search engines and AI assistants can cite when somebody asks whether your app is legitimate, what it costs, or how it compares. A review here does not replace marketing, but it gives a new service a documented existence outside its own website, which is usually the thing missing at launch.

Rates depend on how much of the work is hands-on and we quote per service. Enquire through the form below.

What we need from you

A submission that contains these gets an answer fast. One that does not usually stalls on the first reply.

  • Something we can use ourselves — a working app or site. A press kit is not a product and cannot be reviewed.
  • A public price list — the real one, including the weekly tier if there is one. We will find it anyway; sending it saves a round.
  • Store links for every platform you are on, or the web address if you are browser-only.
  • Who operates the service — the company name as it appears on the listing. Services with no named operator get reviewed too, but the review says so.
  • Languages and territories you actually cover, not the roadmap.

What is not for sale

A position in the ranking, at any price. Scores come from the testing set out on our methodology page. We will also not let an operator write or approve the text, remove a documented drawback because it is inconvenient, or sell a followed link.

This is not posturing — it is the only reason the ranking is worth appearing in. A reader who cannot tell our opinion from someone's advertising has no reason to trust either, and then a listing here is worth nothing to you.

Paid placement sits outside the ranking and outside any review. It is visually distinct from editorial content, carries a Sponsored label where it appears, and every outgoing link in it is marked as sponsored. It does not take a rank, does not carry a score, and does not appear in the ranking's structured data.

How long it takes

We reply to anything we can act on, usually within two working days. From a complete submission to a published review is normally one to two weeks, paced by a real viewing cycle rather than by paperwork.

Submit your service

Preset for a review and listing request. Change the first field if you are here about something else — licensing, advertising or another kind of partnership.

If we already reviewed you and got something wrong

Send the correction through the same form. We check corrections against the source — a store listing, a pricing page, a dated screenshot — and fix what is wrong, with the date updated on the page. We do not remove accurate findings, and we do not quietly edit a page to look as though it always said something else.

Frequently asked questions

Who writes the review?

We do, every word of it. No operator writes, drafts, approves or sees a review before it publishes. Anything you send us — a fact sheet, a press kit, your own marketing copy — is treated as evidence to check against your storefront, your price list and your user reviews, never as text to publish. That independence is the only reason a listing here is worth having, so it is not something we sell.

So what exactly am I paying for?

The research that has to exist before a review can be written: collecting and cross-checking everything published about the service plus whatever you supply, installing the app and using it, paying through the paywall with our own money to see what a real subscriber sees, and the hours of writing and comparison that follow. You are buying analyst and editorial time, not an outcome.

Does paying get us a better position?

No. A position in the ranking is not for sale at any price. Once the research is done we compare the service against the ones already listed and place it where that comparison puts it — which can be near the bottom. If the research turns up a weak product, the weak score publishes as found.

Can we get a followed link?

No. Every paid outgoing link on this site is marked as sponsored, and that is not negotiable. Editorial links inside a review are a separate matter and are not sold either. If link equity is the point of the enquiry, we are not the right site.

What if the review finds problems?

We publish them, and we say so plainly. We do not remove a finding because it is inconvenient, and we do not quietly edit a page later to look as though it always said something else. If a fact is wrong, send the correction with a source and we will check it and fix it, with the date updated on the page.
